Tuesday classes: STRETCH at 8:30 a.m.; CARDIO and STRENGTH at 5:45 p.m.; YOGA at 7 p.m.
Wednesday class: TRANSFORM w/STEP – 8:30 a.m.
Thursday classes: FUNCTIONAL FITNESS at 8:15 a.m. and FULL BODY CARDIO and STRENGTH at 5:45 p.m.
Friday Class: BONUS Workout (when Lisa A is in town)
Saturday Class: CARDIO and STRENGTH at 8:30 a.m.
