A Dozen Classes Per Week
Working out at least three times per week is a proven way to improve health and achieve inch and weight loss goals. We guarantee you won’t be bored with your workout routine at Ladies Fitness! Our instructors have created a comprehensive schedule of classes. Our MEMBERSHIP includes all classes on the schedule (except Yoga). MEMBERSHIP is the most cost effective for women who work out on a regular basis (e.g 2-4 times per week).
All of our instructors are experienced and have the knowledge to help you reach your health and fitness goals. They will coach you, giving you tips on how to exercise safely while at the same time toning and shaping your body. They will pass on their knowledge to you while you workout.
Class Punch Cards Available
Class punch cards allow you to “pay as you go”. Our class card applies to every class on the class schedule, except Yoga,which has it’s own class card. If you don’t want to commit to membership, class cards give you another option.
We offer the option of attending any class on the schedule as a “drop-in.” Cost is $8 per class, $10 for Yoga.
